Return Goods:

No exchanges or returns after 30 days of receipt of goods. No goods will be accepted by our Receiving Department without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You must first apply for an RGA with our Customer Service department, via phone or e-mail, within 30 days of delivery. Returned goods are not accepted beyond 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee. (Items exchanged for a comparable item from our inventory are not subject to the restocking fee) Custom and special orders may not be returned. This includes items with factory applied address labels. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid and must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. If the goods are not returned in original packaging and in saleable condition, the return may be denied.

Warranty:

This company warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from the date of delivery.
